The comic art of Savage Pencil has appeared in a variety of professional and privately printed publications, including the artist's own Sexy Swastika imprint. Starting in 1976 with Rock 'N' Roll Zoo (a strip about the punk rock scene that appeared regularly in the now defunct UK music magazine Sounds), Savage Pencil continued to draw strips for such journals as NME, Top, Kerrang! And The Wire for whom he continues to contribute his monthly Trip Or Squeek.
Privately printed comix include: Corpsemeat 1, Corpsemeat 2, Dead Duck, Dead Head Comix and (with Gary Panter and Chris Long) Disposal Bag.
