The
comic art of Savage Pencil has appeared in a variety of
professional and privately printed publications, including
the artist's own Sexy Swastika imprint. Starting in 1976
with Rock 'N' Roll Zoo (a strip about the punk rock scene
that appeared regularly in the now defunct UK music magazine
Sounds), Savage Pencil continued to draw strips for such
journals as NME, Top, Kerrang! And The Wire for whom he
continues to contribute his monthly Trip Or Squeek.
Privately printed comix include: Corpsemeat 1, Corpsemeat
2, Dead Duck, Dead Head Comix and (with Gary Panter and
Chris Long) Disposal Bag. |
